I did not get an email

I payed for the game not to long ago. I filled out all the forms. I see that you guys have updated the game yet I have not received an email about the update. Is there any way you could chech records and send me the email please?

Maybe check the email you got when you first bought it, the download link there may be updated.

That was more than a month ago and m y wife cleans out my old emails. Never even asks whats important anymore. lol.

If you lost the email or your BMT password was locked, please send us an email to this address: support (at) townsgame.com
And don't forget to told us the full name used when you bought the game or the email used there.

Yes you do not receive an email for each new update release. If you want an email to know the game updated subscribe to this topic:

viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1420

At the very bottom you will see it.. and supermalparit will usually make a post to make it send us all an email letting us know.


To get the update you then have to re-download it from the email you first received to.. I suggest backing this email up *once thye help you recover it by doing what silverwarior said to do) - to make sure you do not lose the links again for when/if your wife deletes it.
