So, the thing is, I bought this game earlier this year, I think around 20th of March ish? I thought it would be like some other games where it would automatically update via the client, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't. So I checked if there was updates and turns out there was, there were some fairly major updates. So I came to the website to attempt to download said updates, but I can't remember what the E-Mail/Username/Password I used.

I could hazard a few guesses as to what my username and/or password would be, but none of the combinations I've tried worked, and I've attempted all previous E-Mail accounts I've ever used aswell as family E-mails, incase I used theirs by mistake. Still no luck.

I have the game downloaded right now, full version, and I can happily record me playing it/screenshots or provide information regarding the game or my purchasing to show some sort of evidence that I have bought it. If a dev or someone from Customer Support could get back to me, I'd appreciate it.

with all the information you can provide (normally just the email used when you bought the game is enough) and we will resent you the email with the login/password.
Take into account that the user/password provided to you only works on the BMT site, not our site. We don't create new users on the web since 30th january.

Nun noch eine letzte Frage.
Bei mir schmiert das Spiel immer bei gegebener Zeit ab, immer unterschiedlich.
Kann das mit Java zusammen hängen?

Ich gehe mal davon aus, das Du nicht mehr die Demo spielst, die nach 20 Tagen (Spieltage) zurück zum Menü geht.

Wenn es komplett abstürzt findest Du im Towns Ordner entweder eine "error.log" oder ggf. mehrere "hs_err*.log" Dateien.
Poste den Inhalt der Log Dateien hier in einem <Code> Block.

Ein häufiger Absturz passiert mit ATI/AMD Grafikkarten: siehe hs_err*.log

ATI hat schon immer etwas Probleme mit den OpenGL Treibern... und das Spiel verwendet OpenGL. Das einzige was Du versuchen kannst, ist einen aktuellen Grafikkarten Treiber zu installieren.

Natürlich schadet es auch nicht eine aktuelle Java Version zu verwenden.

die greifen alles an was sich bewegt, haben aber nur ein sehr kleines LoS (line of sight = sichtfeld)
Die kommen von "human corpse" oder so, also von den leichen deiner townies.

Nein, ein direktes Deutsches Forujm gibt es wohl nicht, da es glaube ich noch nicht so viele deutsche kennen und spielen, ausserdem es keine offizielle Deutsche Sprachversion gibt.
