Yah, I need help

Ok, so at first I was confused at how I could update the game, but thanks to this forum, I was able to find the answer. So my question is this; how can you update your game if you deleted the e-mail regarding downloading the game after you bought it?

I assume you bought it from BMT? then read this:

Ok yah, so this is going to be a bit more complicated then I thought (due to me not being computer savvy). I bought the game with paypal. I deleted the e-mail for the download by accident. How am I to get the link to download again? I went to the BMT website, and I can't find anything that is helping. Again, sorry that I am so incompatent.
