Saving and Loading taking 10+ minutes

Well, antivirus are like doctors.... you always need a 2nd opinion. I recommend you to use some free trojan scanners. It just will take you a few minutes

Saving and loading takes very long if your hard drive is slow.
My C: drive is slower than my S: drive.
I've installed Towns on S: but since it now saves on C: it has gotten really slow. But not 10 minutes though.

That's just it though, my hard drive isn't slow 7200 rpm, 6 gb/s, 64m cache... should run it just dandy

For me it takes few minutes which seems extremely long time too. No other game gives the option to go brush your teeth while waiting it to save the game. Yes I have a quite old system but stil... few minutes? Come on.

For an alpha state game I'm not complaining though, yet.
