I used to run windows then gave up on it after it kept BSoDing with the SSD. I had installed all the drivers but it wouldn't play. My mac hasn't crashed in over a week (which is great considering I had been setting it up for 5 days before that :)).

I used to hate mac, but now I find it much more intuitive. Windows is clunky and slow. Linux is just frantically trying to catch up with the rest of the world. I was running Ubuntu in a vm yesterday to make a towns install video and gave up, as (even following oracles instructions) ubunutu would not install java. So, I'll try fedora today ^_^

Eh, I like .rpm's. Really simple to install things. rpm -Uvh <package name>

Ubuntu uses apt doesn't it? You could use apt-get

Linux isn't trying to catch up. In fact, they don't want things to be easy :P Most every medium-large server in the world uses linux, because it has so little overhead compared to windows server. Then after that, you can modify the kernel which can result in another 20% performance increase. I don't know how to do that yet, but that's one of my goals for this summer. Supposed to be reading my CCNP book right now : /

Forgot about monitors :)

2x 22" LED widescreen @1920x1080 , 1x 19" LCD (4:3) @1400x1050 (won't make 1080 high, so had to deal with 1050!) :)

I'll likely get another 22" widescreen to have a full 3x 1920x1080 pixel display :P

That'll be 6,220,800 pixels to play with :D
