There is a fix.. it is called stop telling your townies to store corpses...


Don't forget to mention what happens if you don't haul up those corpses. Especially when there are a lot of them in close proximity to each other. I've had a lot of heroes wiped out from not hauling corpses.


yes.. but if you don't let them pile up you shouldn't have to much trouble going to collect the body with a proper guard squad..

If someone dies in my mines I just patrol some guards by the corpse then send a townie to make a grave once it is "Safe".

It is kinda silly to sit and watch all your townies go die and expect the game to do something about it for you.. When it is just doing what you told it to do... If you see a problem your suppose to correct it before it gets that bad..

I've yet to have a corpse issue though... I am very conservative..

While Xavi is busy improving the code (better integrating the dig and mine functions) which will in turn improve performance, i am continuing to improve the terrain looks and adding more and more building blocks:

Interesting, is it possible to mine out a room inside a mountain and be able to see the inside to fill with utils and containers?

Yes, the terrain is all blocks so you can mine/dig it, carve it, flatten it however you like.

Love the way those grass blocks are looking with the grass drooping over the edges, gives it a much softer look that we lost a while back when the fuzzy edges were removed due to (if I remember correctly) some peoples games crashing.
