Account Recovery (Need Help)

So, the thing is, I bought this game earlier this year, I think around 20th of March ish? I thought it would be like some other games where it would automatically update via the client, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't. So I checked if there was updates and turns out there was, there were some fairly major updates. So I came to the website to attempt to download said updates, but I can't remember what the E-Mail/Username/Password I used.

I could hazard a few guesses as to what my username and/or password would be, but none of the combinations I've tried worked, and I've attempted all previous E-Mail accounts I've ever used aswell as family E-mails, incase I used theirs by mistake. Still no luck.

I have the game downloaded right now, full version, and I can happily record me playing it/screenshots or provide information regarding the game or my purchasing to show some sort of evidence that I have bought it. If a dev or someone from Customer Support could get back to me, I'd appreciate it. :)

please, send us an email to:
support (at) townsgame.com

with all the information you can provide (normally just the email used when you bought the game is enough) and we will resent you the email with the login/password.
Take into account that the user/password provided to you only works on the BMT site, not our site. We don't create new users on the web since 30th january.

It seems i am having the same problem, is there any way i can get some help? :oops: I downloaded the game (version 0.40.2) and can show evidence that i have the game.

By the way, we already solved the Asylliath issue.
