No, sorry

My 0.47a save loaded up under 0.47b just fine (dragged and dropped save zip file into 0.47b save folder). What kind of issues am I likely to run into?

Should be fine, just that not all the 0.47b features will be available for you.
If you were to experience itching around your private parts however you should contact a doctor.

I do no longer make mods for Towns sadly, if you want to continue or update any of my outdated mods, feel free to contact me!

i suggest making backpacks, so citizens can carry food deep inside the caves. This would prevent them from dying from starvation in the middle of nowhere.

Then they take the food out of the backpack and run back to the dininghall an eat it?:P

Heroes are gonna get a food slot though they said..

They could take a picnic basket and folded chairs plus table with them... and a tablecloth = mobile dining room. ;)
Of course they can't carry anything else... but hey, it's a picnic.

This is great! By the way, have a laptop Linux and I have no idea how to use .tar.gz so I usually wait until I get to my windows computer but it is without an internet connection. That is why I have been mostly inactive.

Also, I just LOVE that picture of the Skootenbeeten!
