Slow cactus farming [SOLVED]

It would look like planted cacti doesn't grow fruits. I found this problem during my first desert map in both of the mentioned versions. When the planted cactus grows into a cacti from a seedling then the cacti doesnt bear fruit nor has the cacti grown any fruit with in 3 ingame days after having matured (not patient enough to check for longer periods). when compared to other fruit trees this seems strange as the others (apple pear banana and snowcherry) have fruit when they grow int o trees from sedlings.

Have tested this on 40 planted cacti in both versions (0,47a and 0,47b) and none of the cacti had fruit when they matured into a cactus from a seedling.

On a sidenote i love the game so far, it seems like a great game with a lot of potential, that i can really enjoy sinking the hours into it.

In one of my desert playthrough, I think i had to edit the cacti because they took SO long to grow fruit, it wasn't even funny.

Check if "plantedharvestedcactus" have a maxage parameter and a maxageitem or something like that, and tinker with that.

Could this topic be deleted as it seems like an classic ID10t error on my side.

It's as Jon_jon13 stated and just me that didnt give the cacti enough time (friuts started appearing by the 5 day).
