Invisible townie (and wall) [SOLVED]

Something weird just happened.

Playing version 0.45, I told my townies to make a wall around my newly made and decorated tavern. One of the first townies to go to the masonbench and come back with a piece of stone wall, walked way too far past the designated wall area and then suddenly dissapeared (as if he was rubberbanding, like you sometimes do in MMO's). Didn't think much about it, thought it was just a bit of weird lag.. Until the wall was complete and there was 1 corner of wall missing, yet the roof is over it. Turns out, my rubberbanding townie is now invisible on that corner.. and I can't get him to move. (See picture)





Turned him into a soldier and told him to patrol to somewhere else, but he's not moving

Haha wow well that's interesting, I'm sure you have... but have you removed the walls around him to see if that frees him?

Sadly enough he died of starvation before I saw your reply. If it ever happens again, I'm sure to try that.

Lol yes this happened to me too. Removing the wall freed the name being stuck there, but I found the townie no where near there eating.

i just had an invisible spider, after i tried drowning them in lava (alot harder to do now)...my townies ended up fighting a spider i couldn't see but the townie was doing the fighting animation (in the spot where i had put lava but removed when i got a few spiders, but not all of them...they do this like jump out of the way after i unpause the game when i placed lava (maybe thats how an inivisible spider got created)

I had done the same thing because my first siege at 13 townies was 13 giant spiders so I said oh no not playing that game so I dropped a lava puddle under them but they scattered, so I made a much bigger pit and trapped them and slowly drowned them in water. One magical spider flew over the water toward my town at great speed, got close to a building or possibly a townie and dissappeared without a trace, never say any kind of notice about it. It was after this event I noticed the townie name stuck in the wall even though the townie was alive and well elsewhere. Perhaps these events are connected somehow(walls and invisible spiders)

Hmmm, no way to reproduce it... I triead almost all things.

Anyone knows how to reproduce the issue?

In accordance with EnvizionRev spider thing..

I placed a moat around a siege.. and one Giant spider happened to touch the water as it spread, and it ran off screen - Like off the map to the left in the black area and gone.. then a little awhile latter some how it was attacking one of my townies..

It had to be that one to as the others never got out.. and are still in it.

However no one disappeared.. So I'm not sure if it is related or not.
