Can't remove order while still paused [SOLVED]

If you pause the game and give a mining order(not sure about other order types), you can't cancel that order while the game is still paused.

Edit1: Clicking "Cancel order", then unpausing and re-pausing the game, and attempting to cancel the order also fails.

This didn't happen on Towns 0.35 IIRC.
