Creative Mod is a Mod for towns that allows you to build without any restrictions!
As Towns does not have update compatible saves, this is a great tool for rebuilding your town when you update the game, like this:
1. Start a new map (without the Creative Mod installed)
2. Close and save the game.
3. Install the Creative Mod and build your town.
(4.) If you created any Halos delete them.
5. Uninstall the mod and enjoy your kickstarted town

How to install: (this is a advanced modloader mod)
1. Requires Towns Mod manager
2. Place the creative folder in the Mods folder found in your Towns folder.
3. Launch TownsModManager.exe
