Utility Mods - by Jontis_00

This is a collection of some small mods I have made that do not need their own topic. Most of these mods only add an item or two and do not change the gaming experience a lot, just some cool things that might be handy.

Advanced Mods:

These mods are installed like so:

1. Requires modloader
2. Place the files in the Mods folder found in your Towns folder.
3. Launch ModInstaller.bat

Advanced Mods should be installed before normal Mods.

1. Screenshot Mod

This mod removes your UI so that you can take nice screenshots without having to worry about editing the photo.
I made this mod very quickly so it's not perfect, will see if I can improve it later on.

Download for Modloader version 8.x (towns 0.47b)

Normal Mods:

These mods are installed like so:

1. Requires modloader
2. Place the files in the Mods folder found in your Towns folder.
3. Launch ModInstaller.bat

1. Mount Mod

This Mod adds a Skootenbeeten mount for you townies to ride! It is crafted in the military menu and equipped in the head slot, you ride with your brain, not your feet ;)

2. Carpets Mod

So I decided to make carpets that you can put down to make your rooms look more like this:

Carpets are made under the zone tab, they are free :)

This mode conflicts with "eLe's Graphic, UI, etc Mods", game just crashes without any error report.
And yes I'm using modloader version 13, with game version 0.42b.

Yeah both these mods are advanced mods that edit the menu_right.xml, this might be fixed in release 15 of the modloader.

If you can make a mod that 'untills' the tilled ground, can you also make a mod that has the Townies turn stone land into grass land?

These are really usefull, also the skootenbeeten make me somehow think of Chocobo's/ Peco Peco's :P
