if you go in the options menu you can make it so when you create a stockpile/barrel - it is set to all disabled instead of all enabled.

I bought the game 2 days ago, i downoaded the 045b version. Now i want to download the 0.46 ( not the demo of course ), where can i get the link for the full game? Thanks

No, saves form 0.45b and below are not compatible with 0.46
